Immunoaffinity Column for Mycotoxins 7-in-1 Combo

Order No.: HCM4310
RM 825.00

The immunoaffinity column can simultaneously adsorb Aflatoxin (AFT B1, AFT B2, AFT G1, AFT G2, AFT M1, AFT M2), Zearalenone.

(ZEN) and its derivatives (ZAN, α-ZOL, β-ZOL, α-ZAL, β-ZAL), Deoxynivalenol (DON) and 15-Acetyldeoxynivalenol (15-ADON), Ochratoxin (OTA), T-2 toxin and HT-2 toxin, fumonisin (FB1, FB2,FB3), sterigmatocystin from the sample extract solution, thereby having a highly targeted purification effect on the more than 20 toxins of the seven major types, and the samples that have be purified after passing through the column can be used in LC-MS (LC-MS/MS) analysis.

1. Overview:

The basis of the measurement is the antigen-antibody reaction. More than 20 antibodies of seven main toxins are connected to the column concurrently. After the sample is extracted and filtered, it is slowly passed through the immunoaffinity column. The toxins bind to the corresponding antibodies in the column. The immunoaffinity column is then washed to remove other unrelated substances that have not been bound. Elute the toxin with eluent and then inject into the analytical instrument for detection.

4. Note:

Allow the immunoaffinity column to return to room temperature(22 to 25°C) before use.
The affinity column should be stored at 2 to 8°C, do not freeze.
Dot use any expired immunoaffinity column.
The sample volume can be increased or decreased appropriately as required, and the volume of the extraction solution should be adjusted accordingly.
The pH of the loading solution of the affinity column should be within the range of 6 to 8. If it deviates from this range, the pH should be adjusted with dilute hydrochloric acid or dilute sodium hydroxide.
Maintaining consistency (such as polarity, pH, and concentration) between the test solvent loaded into any analytical instrument and the mobile phase can help eliminate any adverse solvent effects.

Aflatoxin, Zearalenone, Vomitoxin, Ochratoxin, T-2 toxins, sterigmatocystin and Fumonisin, as well as the derivatives of these toxins are toxic; and gloves should be worn when handling them.

The used container and toxin solution is best soaked with sodium hypochlorite solution (5%V/V) overnight.

Ensure the LC-MS/MS is clean and the tubing is primed appropriately for each run.
